More Chinatown Wars details - (GTASeries.com)
In an interview Rockstar's Dan Houser said that Chinatown Wars will feature a drugdealing minigame.
It wouldn't be a surprise if this issue will get it's negative media attention at some time, but according to him it fits into the storyline and addresses some of the general gameplay aspects.

He also notes they haven't trimmed down the game for the Nintendo userbase and it is still a true GTA game with just a little different look to it.

Quote:“It can’t be softened to make it family-friendly – that’s not the game we’re making. We’ve never not done well by sticking to our guns.”

GTA4 PC specifications reveiled - (GTASeries.com)
I'll keep this as simple as it is, Games for Windows posted the (recommended) system specifications for GTA IV:

OS: Windows XP SP2
Processor: Dual core processor (Intel Pentium D or better)
RAM: 2GB
Hard Drive: 18GB free hard disk space
Video Card: 512MB Direct3D 10 compatible video card or Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader
Drive: DVD-ROM dual-layer drive

Yes it actually says 18Gb harddisk (delivered on (multiple?) DVDs, not Bluray :P), and a Dx10 videocard... Keep in mind this is recommended, not minimum.

first GTA IV PC details emerge - (GTASeries.com)
At the Games Convention in Leipzig, Rockstar showed the first GTA IV on the PC for the first time.

* As with the past GTA's on the PC, there is a replay feature, which can play back the past 30seconds of gameplay and even works with multiplayer.
This time however, they've expanded it with an editor, which allows you to cut/slice the recorded replay and even add fades and filters to it.
When you're done editing, you can upload it to the Rockstar SocialClub.

* Besides bringing multiplayer in GTA to the PC for the first time, they've tweaked the multiplayer lobby, which even makes it possible to filter games on weapontypes and might support more than 16 players and even possible new gamemmodes.

* Like with every game coming from a console to the PC, they've tweaked the visuals by increasing the drawdistance and texture quality and a supported resolution upto 2560 x 1600.

*For some reason they felt it was usefull to add support for the Xbox360 controller even in the menus.

IGN even also posted some new nice quality Screenshots.

Interview with Sam Houser - (GTASeries.com)
In the first of 2 parts, Develop posted an interview on their website with Rockstar Games' president Sam Houser.

I especially like this bit:
Quote:
How much of what gets written about Rockstar in the likes of the tabloid press do you read?
I think we probably we most of it - if you turn on a computer this stuff reaches you, usually forwarded by an old friend laughing at you.

Do you pay attention to it?
No - I think we are both depressed at how boring we really are and how unexciting even the worse fabrications and exaggerations are when you read about them.
The second part of the interview will be available tomorrow.
...
...
Most of the people who hate us are people it is truly an honor to be hated by.

The second part of the interview will be available sometime tomorrow.
